Charlotte Griffin, is an Executive Search Consultant with Common Agenda. She began her recruiting career in 1999 and lends over 19 years of experience in both the Defense and Commercial sectors. Charlotte was originally with Common Agenda from 2001 to 2003, but left to pursue a career as an HR Director with a focus on Talent Acquisition, serving a rapidly growing mid-sized company in the defense industry. Prior to joining our firm, Charlotte was employed with the DoD/NSA for seven years in support of National Security programs. Having held a TS/SCI security clearance (w/Lifestyle Polygraph) throughout her tenure, she upholds utmost confidentiality with regards to sensitive issues in dealing with her clients. As a former NSA employee, Charlotte has generated a network of DoD agency employees, military personnel, and defense contractors to access during her search process.
