Delinda Giles is a Senior Recruiter with Common Agenda. Delinda brings over eight years of recruiting experience to the firm in a myriad of areas with her main focus in the Telecommunications Managed Services and Information Technologies areas.

Prior to joining Common Agenda, Delinda was Director of Recruitment with a small executive search firm where she was responsible for serving global clients such as Genesys Conferencing, Sprint-Nextel, Verizon Wireless, Verizon Business/MCI and Intercall.

Delinda graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina Wesleyan College where she earned a BA in Justice and Public Policy. She is a Marine Corps wife and proud mother of three young children. When not recruiting or spending time with her family, she serves as the Key Volunteer for her husband’s unit and is the Charity and Hospitality Manager for Central Piedmont Mommies. Originally from Maryland, she currently resides in Kannapolis, NC.
