Gioia Herrmann is a Research Assistant with Common Agenda.

Gioia began her career in 1992 with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in their management training program. After completing this comprehensive program, she moved into an HR Recruiting role. She was rapidly promoted to Recruiting Manager of a large southern region with responsibility for 60+ annual hires and approximately 400 employees. In 2001, Gioia joined Florida Atlantic University's Career Development office as a mentor and Career Counselor for their students. In 2003, Gioia and her family relocated back to the Jersey Shore and started a family business. Gioia decided that recruiting talent and guiding candidates was her true passion and decided to jump back into the field. After a time in recruiting and research for technology, project management and most recently public relations, she joined Common Agenda to help further growth and secure market share.

Gioia is a graduate of St. Thomas University in Miami, FL where she was a recipient of The James J. O'Malia Scholarship and Vice President of her sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon. She was involved in 18 different clubs and organizations while in school which prepared her to continue that community involvement to date. She lives with her husband and two fabulous little girls at the Jersey Shore. Gioia enjoys long distance running and photography.
