Jodi has over 14 years of experience in recruiting and executive search within the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Technology sectors. She has extensive experience developing start-up sales organizations, as well as building marketing departments and managed care groups. Her executive search experience spans from the individual contributor level to Vice President. Her success stems from her ability to stay focused and work diligently towards customer satisfaction. She prides herself on building long-term client relationships to gain a deep understanding of their business.
Jodi is a graduate of The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She resides at the Jersey Shore with her husband and two sons.
