John W. Seazholtz was elected to the Board of Directors of Odetics in May 1998. Mr. Seazholtz joined the ASC and Westell Technologies’ Board of Directors in 1997. Prior to becoming Chairman of Westell, Mr. Seazholtz served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Telesoft America until May 2000. In Nov 2000 he became Chairman of eWay group (a consulting practice).

In April 1998, Mr. Seazholtz retired as Chief Technology Officer of Bell Atlantic Corporation after 36 years of service with Bell Atlantic and its predecessor. Mr. Seazholtz was a senior officer of Bell Atlantic since 1986, serving in various capacities including, Vice President - Network Technologies, Vice President - Technology, Engineering and Information Services, Vice President - Technology and Product Management, Vice President – Technology Planning and Marketing and Vice President – Engineering and Operations. Prior to 1986, Mr. Seazholtz held positions at New Jersey Bell Telephone Co. Bell Telephone Laboratories and AT&T.
