About The Position:	Common Agenda conducted significant industry research and recruited a slate of exceptional candiates. The selected individual had to have strong product management skills with P&L responsibility as well as strong leadership skills to guide a changing engineering enviornment. We recruited individuals with experience introducing and managing HDSL product lines that resulted in product approvals at the Regional Bell Operating Companies. Each had expertise in product line management with full P&L responsibility as well as evidence of successful product launches. Our client hired an excellent candidate from our short list.
