| About The Position: | After 10 years in the core networking industry, our client sought to expand their business and launched an aggressive M&A program to bring new Enterprise and Metro networking products into their fold. After numerous acquisitions in this space the company sought to recruit an objective outsider as General Manager to run P&L for the new businesses. Common Agenda was retained to conduct a search for a recognized leader with business success in both the core and metro networking space. Common Agenda identified a slate of highly qualifed candidates and after our interviews, chose four to meet and interview with the CEO. Our client ultimately selected the first candidate we presented. |
