1 A written agreement is executed covering all aspects of the relationship
Common Agenda recognizes that each client has a unique hiring culture and we strive to work in partnership within that culture as dictated by our client

2 Understanding the various aspects of our client need
- Development and/or sign off on accurate position and company descriptions
- Reach a common agenda with respect to our common goal

3 Research - based on assessment of need and/or level of service
- Our research department scuffles to match candidates from our network and works intensely to develop a "long list" from which an intelligence based "short list" is produced
- Identified potentials are contacted

4 Screening & Fine Tuning
- At a pre-set time, a short list review is conducted with our client
- Intelligence gathered in the first phases are discussed and acted upon 
- A thorough screening process ensures that we submit outstanding candidates

5 Negotiations & Offer
- Liaison between our client and the candidate in facilitating all areas from offer to acceptance
- Regular contact and follow-up
